Few fictional characters have mastered the still pose like Captain Kirk. The hand-on-chin thinking pose. The listening-to-Spock-incredulously pose. The quiet-sitting-and-staring-at-the-Klingon-Bird-of-Prey pose.
So that the "Star Trek" man is getting honored at Madame Tussauds Hollywood with his own figure makes perfect sense. We just want to know exactly which pose Tussauds opted to go with, since there are so many iconic stances to choose from.
Making the Wednesday, November 4th unveiling so much more Shatnerian will be an appearance by the man who brought Jim to life. William Shatner will be on-hand at the museum to come face to face with his fictional doppelganger. The time's 11:30AM.
And, a bonus of galactic proportions. Star Trek: The Exhibition is continuing next door at Hollywood & Highland (look for it near the Kodak rotunda on level 1). The props-and-artifacts show will be at the center through the end of the year.
How much more Trek-o-romic can your morning get, Federation followers?
