Sci Fi Wire posted a new interview with Star Trek star Eric Bana (Nero) in which he talks about his new science fiction movie The Time Traveler's Wife which opens August 14. The actor also talked a bit about Star Trek and here is an excerpt.
Regarding any involvement in a proposed sequel to this summer's hit Star Trek, Bana, whose character perishes in the new Trek movie, put the kibosh on speculation that he might return in a sequel.
"Unfortunately, no, I don't think so," Bana said. "It was a one-shot deal. I had a great time. The whole Star Trek thing has been nothing but a blast and a great, fun ride. Right from the get-go, the shooting, the junket was fun, the touring with a really great cast, great group of people. We had a great time traveling together."
