Star Trek Conventioners party before Con starts

The Trekcast and DVD Geeks opening night party forStar Trek Las Vegas filled the Las Vegas Hilton's Space Quest Bar last night, as guests stopped by to mix and mingle before the weekend begins. The Trekcast crew was there, as were the DVD Geeks andTrekmovie.com's own Anthony Pascale. Chase Masterson stopped by, and all comers were amazed by fan Eugene’s scale miniature of the defunct Star Trek: The Experience.

There is word of a group of congoers are heading to the 9:55 showing of JJ Abrams Star Trek at theRegency Tropicana Cinemas this Friday. Ticket price is $3.00 and the popcorn is recommended. Theater location can be found here.

And don’t forget the Star Trek: The Experience Reunion party at the aforementioned Space Quest Bar Sunday night at 7pm until midnight. Wind down from the Con excitement with fans and former employees of the late attraction.
